How much does a typical remodel cost in Southern California?
Kitchen remodels start from $16,970 and bathroom remodels start from $13,970. Larger scopes scale from there — ADUs from roughly $180k and full home remodels from roughly $250k. Starting prices are a real starting point, not bait pricing: you get a firm number after a site visit.
How long will my project take?
Bathrooms 2–4 weeks, kitchens 3–5 weeks, ADUs 2.5–4 months, full-home remodels 2.5–5 months. We build a schedule with milestone dates before contract and share weekly updates against it.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — every permit-required project. We prepare plans, submit to plan-check, respond to corrections, and schedule inspections in-house across all five counties we serve.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry $2M general liability, workers' comp, and full bonding. Documentation available before signing.
Do you offer financing?
We partner with two national home-improvement lenders offering fixed-rate and 0% intro APR options. We'll walk you through both after your estimate.
What if we want to make changes mid-project?
Change orders are common and we make them clear — every change is priced, scheduled, and signed before we execute. No surprise line items at the end.
What warranty do you provide?
Ten-year structural workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer warranties on every product installed. In writing at contract signing.
